Sam was my instructor for my EMR course with Harvard Ambulance, and I could not have asked for a better, more equipping experience. She led the class with direction, confidence, an abundance of knowledge, and grace. When students, including myself, struggled with skills, she put in the time outside of class to offer resources and help. The supportive environment she created for me truly made my learning experience perfect for me, and sparked my continued passion and dedication to EMS. I could not recommend her more as an instructor, mentor, and friend.
